Will update when more is done... This is the first real project I've started of real things in 3d instead of just marbles or whatever.
Enjoy! I'm still a beginner at this (3d art), so don't say it sucks or whatever. All this is hand-drawn by the way, no things gathered from other places or whatever.
1. Basic Thing done.. floor wet 2. Changed Couch Texture and Lamp Texture - Added Wall! 3. Now includes Painting on Wall, and Sculpture in other room, and different couch arms 4. Changed Couch Bottom, made it shiny and red... made lamp more realistic, changed Render antialiasing, looks generally AWESOME. 5. Made Couch Wider and Added Shelves (empty) 6. Added table, changed pedestal of statue thing, changed wall painting (you can't see it) 7. Made entirely new black shiny couch frame (still have to do cushions!) (kept old couch) Need to make it bigger... 8. Moved Some stuff around, changed textures of floor and couch, moved painting, made it into a mirror... made dividers black 9. Moved Shelves, made 3 mirrors, changed walls, statue, put old couch in other room, made shelves glass, made outside and doorway 10. Changed table legs to awesome things, added light/doors, light makes it look more realistic, may have changed couch frame material 11. Changed width of Armrests, changed texture of couch frame again. Really starting to look real, render time ~5:00 12. Changed armrests, removed doors, replaced with sliding doors with blinds/curtains, still need to make it look real and add cushions
// RESUMED WORK, 6-7-08
13. Changed outside, changed lighting, changed wall textures for far right and walls you can't see; changed texture on red couch (you can't see it); Might release the C4d file when I'm finished. RENDER TIME: 21.5 minutes *UPDATE* Now includes shot of the side room; includes Red Couch (need to figure out how to round it off) and glass sculpture-thing. SIDE ROOM RENDER TIME: 8:23
Beginner = Sucks??? no. Nothing ever sucks unless its made to suck.
Everyones a beginner at some stage. I started Cinema 4D a few months ago and u can see through my gallery how i have progressed. Heres my ideas on how u can improve the scene, which looks pretty nifty so far.
1. Add some magazines, tv remote or cups to the coffee table. 2. Add some books or maybe board games depending on the theme you would like on the shelf. 3. Add a plasma tv screen in. Lol i just want a plasma in it. 4. Give the walls and ceiling Bump Maps or Normals so it doesnt look like just a shiney wall. 5. Add a painting or a clock behind the couch on the wall. 6. Add a door frame so it doesnt just look like a cut out. 7. Individual lights from lamps or the sun outside would be nice. 8. Possibly a rug?
Well there just my ideas ive brainstormed but i would like to see how it turns out. Good Work so far.
puff u make it look to easy
very sweet dude
